OHL Guelph Storm Draft Forward Jake Brown

The 2024 OHL Priority Selection Draft concluded on April 13, 2024. The Buffalo Jr. Sabres Organization would like to congratulate Jake Brown for being selected by the Guelph Storm in Round 13. 

Brown, a 2008 birth year and forward was a member of the Buffalo Jr. Sabres 15O Team during the 23-24 season. In 71 games, Brown scored 30 goals and added 32 assists for 62 total points. "Jake was a crucial part of our teams success last season," said Coach Polino. "It is very exciting for him to be drafted, especially by the team his father played for in the OHL."

"We are proud of how hard he has worked over the past several years for this opportunity," said Dustin Brown. "We look forward to the continuation of his hard work and dedication to his hockey aspirations."

Jake Brown will play for the Buffalo Jr. Sabres 16U team for the 24-25 season and Dustin will serve as the head coach. The organization would also like to congratulate Ty Daniels who was drafted by the Mississauga Steelheads in the 7th round. Daniels will be playing for the Jr. Sabres 16U team as well for the upcoming season.
