Payment Options:
New organizational policy that all credit card payments will have a 3.5% processing fee. Cash or check can be used to avoid paying the processing fee.
1. The credit card authorization form filled out at tryouts will be charged the 20th of every month starting on the payment plan schedule.
2. Pay online using the "Pay Now" link below. The link will direct you to PayPal for payment. Please note that your credit card statement will show payment to "Niagara Frontier Junior Hockey."
