Six Selected in 2025 USHL Draft

The United States Hockey League and its 16 member clubs are committed to being the leading 16–20-year-old junior hockey league in the world. More than half of Division I men’s hockey roster spots are held by USHL alumni and more than 195 alumni were listed on NHL rosters at the start of the 2024-25 season.

The USHL Entry Draft took place over the course of 2 days this week.  Players in the 16-year-old age category (2009 birth years) were eligible to be selected in the 2025 Phase I Draft, and players in the 17-year-old age category through the 20-year-old age category were eligible to be selected in the Phase II Draft (2005-2008 birth years).  Over the course of the two day process, six current Jr. Sabres players, as well as a number of alumni and former Jr. Sabres heard their name called.
